Returns and exchanges

• If you are unhappy with your knee walker, let us know within the first seven days you receive it, and we will send you a different knee walker model to try as an exchange free of charge.

Billing Information

• Your rental starts the day that you receive your knee walker.
• You will be charged for your first month in advance, and then put on our automatic billing system which insures you are charged the lowest possible rental price based on how long you keep your knee walker for.
• If your rental fees add up to our retail price, you own it.
