If you are unhappy with your knee walker, let us know within the first seven days you receive it, and we will send you a different knee walker model to try as an exchange free of charge.
You can also cancel your knee walker rental by notifying us within 4-days of it's arrival. As long as FedEx has the return shipment scanned into their system within 3-days of your return notification, we will issue you a refund minus delivery and return shipping charges. If you would like a FedEx pickup at your home, please call us so we can schedule it for a $13 fee, this is approximately what FedEx charges us for the service.
The iWalk has a manufacturer's warranty for manufacturing defects only.
The iWalk is not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds other than verified manufacturing defects.
Rental Billing Information
Your knee walker rental starts the day that you receive your knee walker.
You will be charged for your first month in advance, and then put on our automatic billing system which insures you are charged the lowest possible rental price based on how long you keep your knee walker for.
If your rental fees add up to our retail price, you own it.
