Shipping

We offer fast and free knee walker delivery to your home, office, or hospital with any knee walker purchase or rental that is 4 weeks or more. For your convenience we include a FedEx return label with your rental packet, and if used with the original box, the deep discounts we receive from FedEx will be passed on to you at the end of your rental. If you use a box larger than 35" x 18" x 20" inches for your return, you will be charged the Fed Ex oversized box fee.

We can also coordinate to have the knee walker picked up by FedEx at your home or office for an additional $13, which is approximately what we are charged for the service.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Knee Walker:

If you are unhappy with your knee walker, let us know within the first seven days you receive it, and we will send you a different knee walker model to try as an exchange free of charge.

You can also cancel your rental by notifying us within 4-days of it's arrival. As long as FedEx has the return shipment scanned into their system within 3-days of your return notification, we will issue you a refund minus delivery and return shipping charges. If you would like a FedEx pickup at your home, please call us so we can schedule it for a $13 fee, this is approximately what FedEx charges us for the service.

iWalk:

The iWalk has a manufacturer’s warranty for manufacturing defects only.
The iWalk is not eligible for returns or refunds other than verified manufacturing defects.
