Return and Exchange Process

Returns and Exchanges

 

Contact our Mobility Team during operating hours as soon as possible via phone or chat to learn about refund options.

Knee Walker:

If you are unhappy with your knee walker, let us know within the first seven days you receive it, and we will send you a different knee walker model to try as an exchange free of charge.

​

You can also cancel your rental by notifying us within 4-days of its arrival. As long as FedEx has the return shipment scanned into their system within 3-days of your return notification, we will issue you a refund minus delivery and return shipping charges. Returns must be in working order and as you received it condition.  If you would like a FedEx pickup at your home, please call us so we can schedule it for a $13 fee, this is approximately what FedEx charges us for the service.

Refunds will be provided using the same form of payment for your order.

iWalk: 

The iWalk has a manufacturer's warranty for manufacturing defects only.
The iWalk is not eligible for returns or refunds other than verified manufacturing defects.
