How The Rental Process Works

  • 1. Rent

  • 2. Receive

    We know regaining your mobility fast is very important, which is why we offer same day shipping. If you place your order before 3:00PM Eastern time on Monday - Friday, your knee walker will be shipped out on the very same day. We have offices on the east and west coast to ensure your knee walker arrives as quickly as possible.   • 3. Ride

    You can keep your knee walker for as long as you’d like. If you pass your rental end date, we will put you on our 4 week system at our regular rates so you can focus on recovering. We check the tracking number on the return-shipping label sent with your rental packet prior to billing to see if the knee walker is back in FedEx's possession. This process ensures you are not billed for any excess time.

  • 4. Return

    When you've recovered, place your knee walker in the box you received it in, and attach the included shipping label to the outside of the box. Drop it off at your closest FedEx location, or call us to request a pickup at your home or office. *We pass along the $13 fee that FedEx charges us for their pickup service.
